Caroline is a 500-hour Registered Yoga Teacher trained in Vinyasa Yoga.

Caroline trained at New England’s premier yoga school, Down Under School of Yoga. Her teaching style blends dynamic movement with philosophy, empowering students to take on their practice. Caroline’s classes are accessible to all levels, from beginners to advanced practitioners. She prioritizes inclusivity, ensuring that each student feels supported and challenged according to their individual needs. Caroline is an instructor for yoga-pilates fusion, deep stretch, vinyasa, hatha, and power yoga classes.
